Our distribution board is a component of an electricity supply system that divides an electrical power feed into subsidiary circuits and provides a protective fuse or circuit breaker for each circuit in a common enclosure. Incorporated as a main switch, and in recent boards, one or more residual-current devices (RCDs) or residual current breakers with overcurrent protection (RCBOs).
Benefits of Distribution Boards
Enhanced Safety
Distribution boards are designed to protect both electrical circuits and the people using the electrical system.
Efficient Power Distribution
By dividing the incoming power into multiple circuits, distribution boards manage electrical loads more effectively, ensuring even power distribution and reducing the risk of overloads.
Simplified Maintenance
Modern distribution boards comply with international electrical safety standards, providing features such as RCDs and RCBOs to meet stringent safety requirements and regulations.
